Numbers given out starting at 7AM on first day of the sale.

Hours are 8:30AM to 4PM each day unless different hours are posted. We close at 2PM SHARP on Saturdays.

Bring bags and boxes for your treasures …..

Bring HELP to move heavy items …. Large items will need a truck or trailer ….

Prices are NOT given out over the phone….. We do too many sales to keep up with the price of each item.

ALL items must be removed by 2:00PM on Saturday … NO EXCEPTIONS.

No presales ….. Unless the family request.

Armed Security will be on site for the sale.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Park on ONE SIDE of the STREET ONLY. … Please be courteous of neighbors. Do not block driveways!

If the Estate has guns, photos will be posted…. They will NOT BE ONSITE until the day of the sale. FFL Dealer will be on site to transfer the guns. There is a $35 transfer fee if you have a Georgia Carry Permit, $45 transfer fee if you need a background check for EACH firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

NO loaded firearms allowed !!! If you bring one you’ll be ask to leave.

We accept CASH, CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS … NO CHECKS …. We charge a convenience fee for credit cards.

If the sale has sterling silver or gold it will be noted in the notes.

If you break it, you buy it.

Shoplifting is a CRIME! If you steal and are caught you will prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law.
